Authorized dealer status means we buy directly from the manufacturer or its official distributor. Every unit we sell is genuine, current production, and covered by the full manufacturer warranty. There is no gray-market risk: no goods rerouted from other regions with voided warranties, no serial numbers the manufacturer will not recognize, no ambiguity about whether your warranty claim will be honored. If a product needs service, the manufacturer's official channels are open to you, and we can assist with the process.
Unauthorized sellers can sometimes undercut on price because they carry none of these obligations. What you give up in exchange — warranty coverage, manufacturer support, certainty about what is in the box — tends to cost more than the discount when something goes wrong.
