Its dual-mono DAC architecture with two ESS Sabre ES9039Q2M chips delivers a −129 dB signal-to-noise floor and 0.0004% THD+N, while the vibrant 5-inch full-colour display keeps track information at a glance. THX AAA™ headphone amplification drives high-impedance cans from two side-mounted 1/4" jacks, and balanced XLR outputs feed into premium amplifiers with minimal noise. BluOS streaming, Apple AirPlay 2, and aptX Adaptive Bluetooth cover wireless playback, while HDMI eARC and Dolby Digital support bring movie soundtracks into the mix. Optional Dirac Live room correction and MQA QRONO d2a timing refinement round out the package. What Hi-Fi? named it a Best Buy, and StereoNET reviewers describe the sound as "confident and articulate" with "greater detail and nuance" than previous Node models.
