The Burson Audio Conductor Stellar is a compact all-in-one desktop system for listeners who want flagship-grade DAC, headphone amplifier, and preamp performance without multiple boxes on their desk. Built around the ESS9039PRO DAC and a fully discrete Class-A amplification stage, it delivers up to 8W of balanced output — enough to drive demanding planar headphones to their full potential while keeping sensitive IEMs quiet and detailed through a dedicated ultra-low noise amplification stage.
Engineered in Melbourne, the Conductor Stellar uses Burson's Cool Case Design with precision-milled aluminium and integrated copper heatsink fins that manage Class-A thermal load passively. Silent Power modules provide clean, stable regulation across the signal path, while the swappable opamp architecture lets you tailor the sound with Burson V7 series modules. Connectivity covers USB-C (up to 768 kHz PCM), Toslink, coaxial, and Bluetooth 5.0 with LDAC support, plus balanced XLR and RCA preamp outputs for system integration.
The dedicated IEM stage has been described as a game changer for listeners who switch between earphones and over-ear headphones.
