The Astell & Kern A&ultima SP3000T in Silver is a high-resolution digital audio player that marries vacuum tube warmth with modern digital precision. Its 316L stainless steel chassis is coated in 99.9% pure silver plating with an anti-sulfurization coating, delivering a distinctive brushed-metal aesthetic. Two RAYTHEON JAN6418 MIL-SPEC miniature vacuum tubes provide rich, organic harmonics, while dual AKM AK4499EX DACs and dual AK4191EQ digital delta-sigma modulators handle PCM up to 768 kHz and Native DSD 512.
The TRIPLE AMP SYSTEM offers three listening paths: TUBE AMP Mode for analog warmth, OP AMP Mode for Astell & Kern's signature clarity and expansive soundstage, and HYBRID AMP Mode blending both with five adjustable levels. A Tube Current option fine-tunes plate voltage across three stages for subtle tonal shifts. TERATON ALPHA manages power noise removal, vibration-free amplification, and optimized output interfaces.
A 4.3-inch touchscreen, Snapdragon 6125 octa-core processor, and 8 GB DDR4 power a fluid interface with VU Meter GUI. Bluetooth 5.0 supports LDAC and aptX-HD; 3.5 mm single-ended and 4.4 mm balanced Pentaconn outputs handle wired headphones. 32 GB internal storage expands via microSD to 2 TB.
