Description
The FiiO QX13 is a flagship portable DAC/amp built for listeners who want desktop-grade performance from a pocketable USB dongle. At its heart sits the ESS SABRE PRO ES9027SPRO chip paired with an XMOS 16-core XU316 USB controller, supporting up to 768kHz/32bit PCM and native DSD512 decoding alongside full MQA. A 1.99-inch color display under Corning 3rd-gen glass shows format, sample rate, and real-time power readings, while six TI op-amps (INA1620 × 4 and OPA1692 × 2) deliver up to 900mW+900mW balanced output in Desktop Mode — a patented feature that intelligently adjusts gain based on your USB source's capabilities. The 10-band dynamic PEQ, accessible through the FiiO Control app, lets you shape your sound with eight built-in presets or custom profiles. Headfonia notes its realistic tonality and clean midrange. Available in Black carbon fiber and Titanium gold aluminium alloy finishes, this demo unit ships with the included magnetic leather case, 8-strand decoding cable, and screen protector.
