Astell & Kern A&norma SR35 – Hi-Res DAP | Quad-DAC

The Astell & Kern A&norma SR35 is a pocket-friendly portable digital audio player designed for listeners who want uncompromised high-resolution audio without the bulk of a flagship DAP. At just 184 grams and 16.1 mm thin, this aluminum-bodied player delivers Hi-Res playback up to 32-bit/384 kHz PCM and native DSD256 through a Quad-DAC architecture built around four Cirrus Logic CS43198 converters. The patented TERATON ALPHA sound solution works alongside the New Generation AMP technology — borrowed from Astell & Kern's A&ultima flagship line — to produce a 130 dB signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic output that drives everything from sensitive in-ear monitors to demanding over-ear headphones via its three analog outputs. Switch between Normal Gain and High Gain modes to match your load, extend battery life with Dual-DAC mode for up to 20 hours of continuous playback, and stream wirelessly over dual-band WiFi with Roon Ready certification. Head-Fi users describe the SR35's spatial imaging and resolution as impressive for its price bracket, while TechRadar highlights its effective noise suppression and elegant construction. Whether you're commuting, traveling, or settling in at home, the SR35 brings studio-grade sound into your pocket.
